The companys history can be traced back to 1898, when Moritz Schulz, an entrepreneur, opened the first factory in the Austrian-Hungarian Empire specializing in the production of sweet wineliquor.

Initially it was a small business with only 30 employees. Later, a brewery in the same area joined the factoryexpanded its products. Even during the FirstSecond World Wars, factories continued to work to produce dessert winessyrups.

The Fruko Schulz factory was nationalized in 1948passed under state control, but in 1993 it was returned to Moritz Schulzs heirs.

Schulz started to restore the family business by completely re-equipping the plant, introducing new equipment to launch new production linesexpand the product range.

A large amount of money has been spent on the most modern brewing equipment, which has led to the categorization of drinks, including spirits.

Today Fruko Schulz produces more than 100 different brands of products. The factory enjoys high reputation as one of the major alcoholic beverage manufacturers in the Czech Republic. The high qualityreasonable price of the products will help them popularize in the Republicabroad.
