SPARKLING WINE
Sparkling wines are carbonated wines with carbon dioxide (all produced by fermentation) pressure greater than or equal to 0.35 MPa at 20°C (or 0.3 MPa for bottles less than 250 mL). Sparkling wines are best remembered for the festive atmosphere they create with their colourful bubbles, and are often associated with celebrations and triumphs. A typical representative of sparkling wines is "Champagne".
